∷ Aluminum/Zinc Casting

Aluminum/Zinc die casting has been a specialty of Jan Yi for over 40 years. Given our experience in the industry, together with our expert manufacturing and quality control, you are guaranteed quality manufacturing of your parts and products at an economical rate with Jan Yi.

The most used alloys are the following: ADC3(A360), ADC10(A380), ADC12(A383), ZDC2(ZAMAK 3) and ZDC1(ZAMAK 5). Special alloys can be used upon request.

∷ Gravity Die Casting 

Gravity die casting is a permanent mould casting process. At this process, the aluminum melt is poured into the mold by gravity (unlike pressure die casting). Advantages of this process include the possibility of low gas porosity, and fine grain sizes can be achieved.
The most used alloys are the following: ADC3(A360), ADC10(A380), ADC12(A383), ZDC2(ZAMAK 3) and ZDC1(ZAMAK 5). Special alloys can be used upon request.

∷ Aluminum Extrusion

We provide the secondary precision machining and surface treatment with AL Extrusion Profile to promote the value added of aluminum extrusion parts.  

∷ CNC Machining

We are equipped with machining centers and CNC lathes so that machining of the castings can be done in-house. With access to a comprehensive range of CNC machining capabilities, we are able to offer a supply chain which provides us performed all processes from casting to machining. This allows us to tailor parts to the specific needs of customers and reduce production costs.
